Led by Michael we meet from 2 to 4pm in members' homes on the third Wednesday of the month.

We are a small friendly group who enjoy reading, talking about, listening to or writing poetry with others who have a passion for Poetry. Our aim is to increase our knowledge of poets, leading to a greater enjoyment of this interesting subject.

A few of us write and read our own compositions.

We take turns to read poems on a previously agreed theme. Members suggest new themes for use in the following months.

We often have varied and stimulating discussions on a wide range of poets and their works.
