Led by John, meetings are held online monthly at 2pm on the third Monday of each month.

All Arun Valley u3a members are invited. You don't need a science degree, just an interest in learning more. Our presenters only seldom get technical and specialist jargon is not allowed!

We aim to have a wide range of topics using the skills of members and occasionally those of visiting speakers.

Past topics have been Proteins, Archimedes, Statins and Cholesterol, Photography, Rolls Royce, Food Science, Chromatography and maps and Mapping. Recent presentations include Quantum Engineering and Bridge construction.

Visits to places of scientific or technological interest may be arranged.
